6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Perifono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
